For this reason, we have developed our new
Reserve Coffee line, roasting some of the rarest coffees in the world. Coffees that are rarely found in Europe. Packed in our new 100g bags.
Carbonic Maceration Series
The first series of our Reserve Coffee series is dedicated to
Carbonic Maceration. In this innovative fermentation method, coffee cherries are fermented under controlled CO2-rich environments. As many parameters as possible, such as the temperature, the carbon dioxide supply or the duration of the fermentation, can be controlled in this method to create very specific flavor profiles in the coffee. We work with Project Origin's world-renowned CM Selections to achieve this.
Koke Amber - Uraga Indigo - Guji Jasper
Freshly roasted for you, you can order one of these especially limited coffees. You can expect exceptionally complex tasting profiles, for each of the coffees you can find, as usual, a comprehensive brewing recipe on the respective product page.
