Meticulous wants to automatically prepare the best espresso you can get with every shot. We already tested the machine last year in Berlin. We are looking forward to an anticipated launch in summer 2025, pre-orders will be possible soon.

Pulling an espresso shot is a sacred ritual. Meticulous wants to make this its own with precision and control (expected from mid-2025). Everything should be planned. Every design decision serves a purpose, every detail fulfills a function. And everything serves just one goal: to make your day better, day by day, cup by cup. With the integrated app, you should have an overview of everything.

Integrated precision

Meticulous will be the first home user espresso machine in the world with an integrated high-precision scale (in cooperation with Acaia). Start preparing your morning coffee by weighing the coffee directly in the machine. To find the perfect brew ratio, the scale works in tandem with a flow sensor. Together they should detect exactly how much water is flowing through the coffee into the cup and adjust the flow rate.

The perfect milk

Frothing milk is difficult, even for the most experienced baristas. Meticulous's external milk frother has sensors that froth the milk automatically. Simply select the desired temperature and texture, and with a single push of a button you should get perfectly textured milk every time. Are you a latte artist? With Meticulous Milk, you can manually adjust the texture of the milk so you stay in control.

Good for the environment

Meticulous only wants to heat the exact amount of water required to make your espresso. This makes the machine much more energy-efficient and significantly reduces your annual consumption.
