Espresso à l´Orange
Our signature drink for the summer season is especially refreshing this year!
The Espresso à l'Orange - a flavorful symbiosis between coffee and orange that will make your taste buds dance.
As with every season, our baristi come up with special coffee creations to offer our guests in the two cafés. This year, Nathan, our store manager from Hackesche Höfe, has designed a drink that tastes not only awakening but also refreshing. The sweet and fruity taste of orange elegantly rounds out the strong espresso flavor, giving the drink a very complex and creamy taste. Double shot espresso in a shaker with ice, a 1/4 orange and 2cl orange blossom syrup for about 15 seconds, double filter and go! But beware... Danger of addiction!
Ingredients:
double espresso (about 38g shot)
¼ orange slice
2cl orange blossom syrup
Ice
Garnish: orange zest
Glass: crystal glass
Preparation
Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds and double strain into the pre-chilled glass.
