Multiboiler T3 technology allows the barista to manually set the water temperature in each brewing group to ensure controlled extraction temperatures throughout the working day. In detail, the T3 function stands for thermal stability, as the settings for the outlet temperature can be made in each group using three different temperature parameters: water infusion, steam boiler and brew group. Digital pressure and temperature sensors transmit the data directly to the controller, which uses three independent PIDs to influence each variable. The result remains stable and controllable with maximum precision.
